I've make the efforts contacting Hisense support and they were rather confusing, yet eventually claimed that I had to wait for a Firmware upgrade to the TV, despite I'm not persuaded it'll ever before come. I'm hoping because that a workaround. Update: Google residence tech support states that the TV demands to have Google Assistant or Chromecast constructed in. Is there any method around this?

My Google Home application is up to date. I've make the efforts rebooting my phone. I've do the efforts rebooting my TV. I've do the efforts disconnecting/reconnecting from my network. I've tried connecting the TV wirelessly and with a wired connection. Nothing seems to work and I'm the end of ideas.

Can everyone please try to aid me?

Good question. I'm trying come stream media, yes. Mostly I would favor to use Spotify or Bandcamp to stream music or a podcast app like PlayerFM come stream audio to my TV. Ideally, ns would also be may be to revolve my TV on through my phone.

Using mine PC, ns am able to affix via Bluetooth utilizing "Settings -> Bluetooth & other gadgets -> add Bluetooth or other device". This lets me winter or prolong my screen, so I deserve to use Spotify, my browser, or anything rather on mine computer.

This cd driver me crazy too. Have a chromecast on an additional TV the it choose up fine. Some other spreading apps choose up the TV (as a DLNA device) and also so I have the right to play neighborhood phone content to the TV, though various other apps don't mirror the phone display screen like Google home can. Funnily enough when ns actually pick the Anyview cast on the TV they shed connection/ability to discover the TV!
