Blanch the pork belly in a small pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the pork belly from the boiling water và give it another rinse và pat dry with paper towels. Allow the pork to lớn cool completely or chill in fridge overnight. A chilled pork belly will make it a lot easier to slice. Cut the pork belly into long strips và then thinly slice.
